TIMELINE

FEB 2015:
Spoke to Suresh from the Loan Studio and got verbal approval of ability to apply for a home loan as well as received a loan break down for repayments and contributions. 
Was then introduced to Vera who would be our consultant for the remainder of the process.

FEB 2015:

Visited Warralily Display and signed quote with Brian from Carlisle Homes for the Addison 24 Mk2. 

FEB 2015:

Chose land from Warralily Promenade "Lot 3125, Stage 31, Ackland St, originally to title August 2015.

MAR 2015: 

Paid $1000 deposit to Warralily developer to hold land, paid $1000 deposit to Carlisle Homes for house. Introduced to Nicki our CLE on the phone 

MAR 2015: 

Paid balance of land deposit (5%) to Warralily and signed Contract of Sale for land. Sent Contract of Sale to Conveyancer to review, who would then send to Loan Studio to show the bank.

Colour browse at Carlisle Homes Spectra Showroom with 'Sally' 

JUNE 2015: 

Colour Selection Appointment 


JUNE 2015: 

Tender Appointment and payment of remainder of 5% to Carlisle Homes 

JUNE 2015:

Told of delay in land titling/settling and new estimate is Sept/Oct 

JULY 2015:

Contract Signing Appointment

JULY 2015: 

Applied for First Home Owners Grant 

JULY 2015: 

Conditional approval from the bank and valuation from the bank for the land/construction comes back in. 

JULY 2015:

Official approval from the bank for Land/Construction home loan. 

AUG 2015:

Post contract variation for Kitchen Pendant lights over island bench 

AUG 2015:

Land Title/Settlement Dates are delayed - New estimate Oct/Nov 

NOV 2015:


Compliance received on the 1st 

NOV 2015:

Land Titled 30th 

DEC 2015:

Land Settles 13th

DEC 2015:

Trades on leave 20th December 

JAN 19th 2015:

Developers Approval 
Received updated floorplans from CH
"Waiting to receive property information back from council, once received CH can obtain engineering and building permit" 

FEB 8th 2015:

Community Infrastructure Levy fee Paid – approx. $900 required as part of your developer requirements. 
Asset Protection Permit – Footpath permit fee of approx. $130
Both paid at council in Geelong.
