Electrical & Upgrades

We haven't had our colour selection yet or tender to officially pick the upgrades and electrical placement etc, but i made a little diagram so we could start thinking about where we wanted everything to go and also compiled a little list of some of the extras: 

Basically a little breakdown of what we are having:
• Regular batten lights in the Spare Bedrooms/Study/Theatre/Laundry
• Pendants over the kitchen island
• Pendant/Feature light over the dining table 
• Down lights in the Kitchen/Meals/Living/Hallway
• Reverse Cycle or Ceiling fan with light in the master
• Added powerpoints to various walls for TV placement options and such. 
• Sensor spotlights for each side of the house and garage 
• Ceiling fan in promo to alfresco 
• Heat light/fan for bathrooms
• External powerpoint for garage and alfresco 
• TV point in the bedroom, 2 walls in the theatre and 2 walls in the living area. 
• Phone point in the kitchen
• Extra powerpoint on the island bench and other side of the kitchen wall for appliances. 

Upgrades and extras:

• Thinking about having wooden window frames on the facade only? (master bedroom)

• Shower Niches in the bathrooms 

• Half window to the study on the alfresco side for more light instead of the side small one.

• Vanity splashback in bathrooms of either charcoal honeycomb tiles or white subway tiles

• Feature wall in the bedrooms, theatre and living room 

• Was hoping for a spa bath instead of the standard but it's apparently about $2700 eek! 

• 40mm bench instead of 20mm, with waterfall edge

• 300mm stool area overhang to island bench instead of 200mm

• Laminate wood floors instead of tiling in main areas 

• Wimber look garage door

• Timber door with frosted glass and triple lock 

• Carpet underlay upgrade cat 3 

• Cat 2 handles upgrade for kitchen/robes/bathroom vanities to Brushed square/long kind

• Upgrade tapware to square finish 

• Upgrade ensuite shower head to Large overhead rain with hand held

• Upgrade kitchen tap to veggie sprayer

• Upgrade kitchen sink to square double inset 

• Upgrade kitchen cabinets to white vinyl wrap?

• Down lights to open overhead cabinets in kitchen (maybe under the overheads as well?) 

• Door to Study (Frosted glass with white frame) 

• Upgrade internal doors
