We had our colour selections on June 1st at the Carlisle Homes Mulgrave office! We were greeted by our CLE Nicki who is lovely (i've chatted to her a few times on the phone and via email) and she then introduced us to Megan (Also equally as lovely) who would be doing our electrical selections. Electrical probably took about an hour i guess? We went over where all of our powerpoints, tv points, battan lights, down lights etc were going to be placed and how many of them we would need.
ELECTRICAL SELECTIONS:
Down lights: Hallway, Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Kitchen open cabinets and under cabinets, alfresco and porch.
Batten Lights: (To be replaced with pretty light fittings like pendants after handover) 3 pendants over the kitchen island bench, 1 feature light over dining table, feature light in theatre, all bedrooms with feature light, laundry, WIR, Study and Pantry etc. Also two pendants over the ensuite sinks.
Sensor Spot Lights: x 3 on each wall excluding the facade
Fluorescent double light: Garage
Powerpoints/TV Points : Extra TV point in the lounge room to allow for furniture arrangement options. A few extra powerpoints eg: Powerpoints on the wall in ensuite for heated towel rack, hallway for the vacuum, on the island bench for electrical, on the other side of kitchen bench for toaster etc, on the opposite wall in study for lamps etc, on the opposite wall of master, on the wall of laundry for iron or dryer etc.
Exterior Feature Lights: On facade beam and garage side.
Bathroom Heat/Fan/Light: Ensuite
Facade lights x 2 and 3 x Sensor Spot Lights for exterior walls

We were then introduced to Ashleigh
(Again, really nice and helpful!).
(Again, really nice and helpful!).
Ashleigh was our colour consultant and took us through each section getting us to choose what we liked and jotting our selections down. For the most part we had already decided what we wanted and she simply confirmed that we were making good choices. But she also had good insight as to what would work better etc.
